    Compare positive response codes to what you see at your jobsite. If what you see at your jobsite doesn't match the code, contact the utility. 

If you provided a valid email address, the Positive Response System will email you a summary of the codes. This email does not include any utility or locator comments and the information can change. For the most recent status of your ticket, check online.
